Return Policy

All sales are final. Because each patch is carefully made and inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear.

However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a manufacturing flaw or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please note: once a patch has been applied to any fabric or surface, it is no longer eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

To request support for an eligible issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item when contacting us.
