Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING
  • After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was successfully processed. 
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
  • Shipments over $250 will require signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

  • Communication to request Return/Exchange:

  •  Email shop@joellehaiek.com referencing your Order# and the reason for your exchange within 8 days of receiving the item

  • Once your return request is accepted. Mail your return item with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return to: PO BOX 1716, Camarillo CA 93011

  • We make every effort to respond to your issue in a timely manner, though we ask to allow 2-3 weeks for processing and confirmation of you request.

    ALL returns (not exchanges) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will not include original shipping cost. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. PLEASE NOTE: All items sold on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
